The Study
You're trapped in a serial killer's study. There's an upright coffin sitting against the wall. An old rotary phone sitting on the desk rings loudly. In this linear escape room set in a regal 20th century study, you will traverse hidden passage ways and come in contact with a presence lurking in the darkness.
What makes The Study special?
An elegant upstairs escape with survival-horror tension and a fully linear puzzle path. Your whole group works the same sequence together while a live performer becomes part of the puzzles, not random scares.
One step at a time, one team, one story. Logic-heavy moments and unforgettable performer interaction, including a separation beat, without the grime of The Basement.
Linear logic puzzles with a live performer woven into the game.
Meet "The Maid"
They say she never left the house. Not after Mrs. Tandy died. Not after the doors were locked. Edward gave her a single command: keep everything exactly the same. And she obeyed.
In the darkness, time dissolved. Her eyes turned pale and useless, her hearing taken by something no one can explain. Still, she remains, endlessly tending to rooms frozen in a moment that should have passed. She cannot see you. She cannot hear you. But she will know you are there. And when she does, her anger is immediate. Absolute.

The Study, FAQ
That depends on what scares you. The Study is an intimate, actor-driven horror experience that takes place inside one of the most unsettling areas of Edward Tandy’s house.
This room leans into psychological tension, close interaction, and the feeling that you may not be alone. If you are nervous around live performers, uncomfortable silence, or being watched while you play, The Study may feel especially intense.
Yes. There is some required contact in The Study in order for the game to move forward.
That contact is never aggressive, inappropriate, or designed to hurt or humiliate anyone. It is part of the story and the gameplay, and our performers are trained to keep the interaction safe, controlled, and respectful.
Yes. There is a point in The Study where one member of your group may be separated for a short period of time.
The separation is part of the experience and is designed to build suspense while still keeping the game safe and manageable.
Comfortable clothing is best. The Study is not a room where you should expect to get dirty or wet, so you do not need to dress for anything messy.
We do recommend wearing comfortable shoes, mostly because you will be moving around with your team and you probably do not want anyone’s toes getting stepped on.
