We may offer one or more SMS or mobile messaging programs (collectively, the "SMS Program") in connection with THE BASEMENT: A Live Escape Room Experience ("THE BASEMENT"). By opting in to receive text messages from THE BASEMENT, you agree to these SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
The SMS Program may include, but is not limited to, messages from THE BASEMENT about:
Message frequency from THE BASEMENT will vary based on your interactions with us, such as bookings, account activity, and your participation in promotions. You may receive multiple messages per month, including transactional messages (such as booking confirmations and reminders) as well as occasional marketing or promotional messages. Messages are recurring until you opt out.
You may opt out of the SMS Program at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from THE BASEMENT. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you a confirmation SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us, except as required for fraud prevention, security, or other legally permitted purposes. If you want to join again, you can sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
