What is the maximum number of players allowed in an escape room?
The maximum number of players in each room depends on the size of the room; for instance, our Elevator Shaft room can accommodate up to 8 players, while our Study room can accommodate up to 10 players.
Is there a parking lot or street parking available?
Yes, we have both a parking lot and street parking available for our escape room guests. Please make sure to read the signs before parking to make sure you’re in a good spot!
Does The Basement accept walk-ins or do I need a reservation?
We recommend making a reservation for the escape room experience in advance, as space is limited. However, walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis.
